(Student Health Services, 2015) Moreover, the major customers of Ding Feng Tau Fu Fa (DFTFF) is students. In order to have more students visit their shop, the web based advertising is the solution. The web advertising will have strong effect on the students. For example, they can do some advertisement through social media by posting all those attractive Tau Fu Fa's photos and share it. This will create awareness among the students that always spend their time in internet.  

 

        Since DFTFF’s Facebook page based location had been created but it is not enough and powerful to advertise and improve the business of DFTFF. Therefore, another example that can be used by DFTFF to improve their customer service is create official website. This official website will be provide the details of DFTFF, customer service and link all social channels of DFTFF like Twitter and Facebook. DFTFF also can provide phone number for their customer in the official website. This make customers more convenience if their customer need to do reservation and order for delivery service.
