      Next, the business model uses by Ding Feng Tau Fu Fa (DFTFF) is also viral marketing. It also can be found that there is a Facebook page based location for DFTFF. As shown on the picture below, there are many customers who checked-in at DFTFF whenever they visited the shop. This can be a free advertise to spread their shop name among the Facebook users in social media.

 

       Furthermore, DFTFF not only can be found in Kampar, but also in Ipoh, which is opposite Kong Heng or Thean Chun named Concubine Lane. This is the first franchise made by DFTFF in year 2014 and the original shop is from Kampar area (Rebecca, 2015). Due to the spread of existing customers in Facebook, many of them are able to know that they opened a new franchise shop in Ipoh and more convenience for the Ipoh residents to visit it. Although the shop is only small in size, but they are still able to operate well due to the clean environment, affordable price, good taste and service.

 

      In the value proposition, viral marketing is a free of charge advertising. Once customers feel that they are    satisfied with the food, they will share their thoughts on the social media. Users can get to know more about the review of DFTFF through the comment and feedback of the customers. Besides that, advancement of technology has improved the lifestyle of human. They can easily get the information of DFTFF through internet and blog. Although  the spread   of the information is quite slow but the area coverage is big and can be reached to customers effectively

.DFTFF not only offer customers the traditional looking Tau Fu Fa, but also the original taste that is still maintain until now.

 

       It is very hard to survive by selling only 1 specific product in a shop thus DFTFF is selling more choices of tau fu fa for customers other than original product. For example soya bean, cincau soya bean, seaweed soya bean and seaweed tau fu fa. They also use some innovative combination using tau fu fa and soya bean and came out with a mixture of it. The average selling price in DFTFF is only RM1.70 which is very affordable for all customers.
