       Ming Chu Bah Kut Teh (MCBKT) is a brick-and-mortar (old economy) organisations. It is a traditional "street-side" business that deals with its customers face to face in a store that the business owns or rents. In other words, Ming Chu Bah Kut Teh (MCBKT) use the traditional commerce method to approach and interact with their customer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      MCBKT operates their business every day except Monday, from 3:00pm-9:00pm. They do not really operate for a long hour by reason of they have to pay extra utilities fees and workers’ fees if they work overtime.  Furthermore, the business can be categories as Business-to-Consumer (B2C). It means that business is originating from organization or restaurant and selling product and service to consumer.
